Rotarians Deb Perry and Nancy Brenner assisted the residents at the Margaret E. Moul Home during their annual Halloween Trick or Treat Night. Every year, Margaret E. Moul Home residents pass out Halloween candy to local children. This is an event that the residents look forward to every year.

The Margaret E. Moul Home is a nonprofit skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility serving adults (18+) with neuromuscular impairments, including cerebral palsy, spina bifida, multiple sclerosis, and related conditions. The Home provides 24-hour nursing care, restorative therapies, and life-enrichment programs designed to help residents live with dignity, independence, and purpose.

The Margaret E. Moul Home is one of the few long-term care homes in Pennsylvania dedicated specifically to adults with neuromuscular disabilities. The home focuses on quality of life, community inclusion, creativity, and social connection. Residents often require mobility, communication, and daily living support, which makes volunteer interaction meaningful and impactful.
