York North Rotarian Danika Dallam recently spearheaded a donation drive in support of LifePath Christian Ministries called “Who Gives a Crap.”
The shelters for unhoused people that LifePath operates, including the men’s shelter, women’s and children’s shelter, and family shelter, go through 100 to 150 rolls of toilet paper every single day. That adds up to nearly $70,000 a year just for toilet paper.
Danika asked York North club members to “give a crap” by donating toilet paper. Thanks to their generosity, York-North collected over 750 rolls. While that only covers about a week’s worth of needs, every roll makes a difference—and we were proud to help.
