The Youth Exchange Committee for District 7390 is asking for your help with the District Interviews for the potential Outbound Class of 2027-2028.
Interviews will take place on Zoom on Saturday, November 14 from 9 am until approximately 2:00 pm and in person at MT Heating and Cooling on Sunday afternoon, November 15 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM.
We would love your help with either session, but specifically, we are looking for Rotarians to help with the interviews on Zoom on Saturday, November 14, 2026.
Important information:
- We have seven candidates and three spots available. Your opinion is valued.
- Interviewers will be in breakout rooms on Zoom to interview individual candidates for approximately 25 minutes each. You will be in a room with other Rotarians.
- If you can only attend part of the Zoom interviews, that will be fine.
- We will provide you with applicant essays before the interviews to help get to know the candidates and develop possible questions.
- We will provide you with a rubric with questions. Completion of the rubrics is optional.
- If you are able to help with the Zoom interviews, you will not need to get clearances.
