Hello, District 7390!

Whether you've been leading a service project, welcoming a new member, or simply enjoying fellowship with your club, thank you for all you're doing to Create Lasting Impact throughout our communities.

This week, I'd like to celebrate everyone who joined us for our first Club President and Assistant Governor Meeting of the Rotary year. Thank you for your engagement, thoughtful discussion, and commitment to strengthening your clubs. If you weren't able to join us, don't worry—the recording is now available on the Club President page of our District website, along with the meeting resources. I encourage every club president to take a few minutes to catch up.

I'd also like to introduce one of our District-wide service initiatives for the year—our Early Literacy Book Drive.

Reading is one of the greatest gifts we can give a child, and high-quality books are essential tools for the educators who nurture a lifelong love of learning. This year, our goal is to collect 1,700 new books (one for every Rotarian in District 7390) to support early learning and childcare programs across our seven counties.

We're excited to partner with Community Connections for Children, who will help identify the programs with the greatest need for new or refreshed classroom and program libraries. Together, we can ensure these books are placed where they'll have the greatest impact, in the hands of educators and the classrooms where young children are encouraged to learn, imagine, and grow every day.

Whether your club collects ten books or one hundred, every donation helps Create Lasting Impact for children, families, and early learning professionals throughout our District.

Thank you for everything you do to serve your communities and for helping District 7390 continue to Create Lasting Impact… one project, one partnership, and one book at a time.

Have a wonderful week, and I'll see you around the District!
