Join us for the 2019 District Conference

"Rotary: Unwrapping the Inspiration"

Let’s gather together in in the “Sweetest Place on Earth.TM” in Hershey, PA to celebrate, learn, and explore the value of being a Rotarian and how Rotary can help its members grow in their personal and professional lives.

The day and a half sweetest conference ever will open on Friday evening with a private reception for all registered members and guests at the fabulous Hershey Story Museum. Your hosts will be two old and familiar friends: Rotary’s founder, Paul Harris and Mr. Chocolate himself, Milton Hershey. Heavy hors d'oeuvres and 2 drink tickets are included.

The conference continues Saturday with outstanding programs that will INSPIRE you, inform you, motivate and entertain you throughout the day and into the evening. Check out the abbreviated Conference Schedule below.

Be one of the first 50!

The first 50 to register on or before February 28 receive a free ticket to Hersheypark for each registration.  Please note this offer is only valid with a FULL conference registration. The retail value of the Hersheypark pass is $69.95.

Additionally, complimentary tickets to The Hershey Story Museum and Hershey Gardens will be included in all FULL registration packages - a retail value of $25.

For registrants wishing to extend their time in Hershey, please note that the District Conference coincides with Hersheypark’s Springtime in Hershey. Please stay and spend a weekend in Hershey…yes, we’ll say it again… The Sweetest Place on Earth!  Use your passes after the conference or anytime during the 2019 Hersheypark season.

As an incentive to INSPIRE younger Rotarians to experience the long-term value of a District Conference, we are offering a 50% discount off the registration fee for Rotarians under the age of 40. Please use promo code U40D when registering on the web.

The early registration fee for the full conference is $190. The regular registration fee after February 28, 2019 will be $215. There are also options to attend portions of the Conference on the registration page. But remember, only FULL registrations qualify for the free Park and Museum tickets.

If you would like to reserve a room at the Hershey Lodge, please call 717-533-3311. Tell them you are with the Rotary District 7390 Conference. Rooms are $229 per night.
