The Rotary Club of Southern York County placed a plaque at the American Holly they planted at the Loganville (York/Troop J) Barracks to honor the memory of fallen Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Jacques (Jay) F. Rougeau, Jr. The American Holly was donated by Sue Hunter of Heartwood Nursery, Inc. Special honor was given to Trooper Rougeau, Jr. and his family in 2024 during the Club's 7th Annual Flags for Heroes Ceremony.
