The final Shout Out is for all of the Rotarians and Rotary Clubs in District 7390 who have made this November, Foundation Month, so fantastic by participating in the Foundation/Grants Training on November 4 and The Foundation Dinner on November 15.  Thank you for your participation and CONGRATULATIONS to all of the award recipients, some of whom are pictured below.

At the 2015 Rotary Foundation Dinner, PDG Kevin Cogan instituted a new award called Global Grant Service Streamers. Just like the military services launch campaigns on the battlefield, so too Rotary International has launched campaigns for which global grants are made available and applied in six areas of focus. The military services are awarded varying color streamers for successful campaigns. District 7390 is proud to award streamers to Rotary clubs which successfully apply their time, talent, and resources in support of the areas of focus. The following Clubs received streamers for participation in Grants in 2016-17:  York (India) Water & Sanitation, Lancaster (Uganda) Medical, Hanover (Philippines) Medical, York-East (Uganda) Medical.
