On Monday, May 23rd, at 6 PM the Penn State Extension will be providing FREE Zoom education to Rotarians on food safety. This education is especially timely as many of us plan outdoor picnics with our club members and families. Our speaker is Lynn James, MS, RDN, LDN, Senior Extension Educator, Food Families & Health & Food Safety & Quality teams, Penn State Extension, Adams County. Lynn will also invite attendees to participate in a special research study involving the delivery of free food to the participants home, creation of a meal, and post meal education on what SHOULD have been safe food preparation.
