District 7390 Peacebuilding Fact #1: Dan Noel Odaba’s passion for peace was born during his time as a Rotary Peace Fellow at Chulalongkorn University in Thailand in 2017. “I made a promise to give back 100 percent,” he says. He later became a Rotarian during the COVID-19 pandemic. “There was no way I could do that without becoming a Rotarian.” His peacebuilding commitment continues.
