SPY is an 8 week summer school for "at risk" first through third graders in the Carlisle School District that aims to keep their learning levels up in reading and math through the summer break.  The Carlisle Rotary club recently completed a renovation project for SPY, utilizing a matching grant from District 7390.  The grant allowed SPY to renovate their "calming cafĂ©," where the children can go to calm down if they get over excited.  The grant installed counters and repaired and repainted walls.
