Public Image Committee

Develops and executes a plan to provide public with information about Rotary and what our club achieves. Committee meetings are held whenever required by the Chair or the President to ensure all important club events is covered by the media. Events like Students of the month, donating book to Carter MacRae, completion of international or community projects, election of club officers and selection of RYLA students are examples of events that should have media coverage. Actively promotes the club's service projects and activities to raise the level of awareness of the public and reflect on the good that we do. Promotes the core values of Rotary. Ensure a photographer is available at all events. Updates President and secretary each month on publicity articles submitted concerning club activities so they can be included in the monthly District Attendance Report. Post articles and photos on our Facebook and Website.
