Four Way Test Speech Contest

Identify and contact in September the local High Schools and convince them to support the contest and provide an on campus representative such as a speech teacher to help students develop their presentations. Appoint judges and run the club contest according to District 7390 rules before the midlevel contest. Make sure contestants fill out registration on District 7390 website.
