District Bus Trip to RI Headquarters

Join fellow Rotarians on a trip to Rotary International headquarters in Evanston! We will depart on Wednesday, March 13 from the Weis Market Parking lot at 1800 Roosevelt Ave, York, PA 17408. (From Roosevelt Ave, Turn left onto Greenbriar, Park on the right in the lot that is the smaller of the 2 empty lots).
On Wednesday we will travel West through Pennsylvania and stop at the Flight 93 Memorial and then continue to Ohio. We will spend the night at the Hampton Inn & Suites (27355 Carrondale Drive, Perrysburg, Ohio)
Thursday, March 14 will complete our trip to RI Headquarters.We will join the Rotary Club of Evanston for their lunch meeting and then tour RI headquarters. Following the tour, we will stop for dinner (on your own) on the way to the hotel. We will spend the night at the Hampton Inn & Suites (3674 N. Frontage Road, Michigan City, IN)
On Friday, March 15 we will travel back to Pittsburgh and have free time in Pittsburgh with dinner on your own. Then spend the night at the Sheraton Pittsburgh at Station Square (300 W. Station Square Dr., Pittsburgh, PA)
Travel back to York on Saturday, March 16 with a stop at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater and Quecreek Mine Rescue Site. Arrival back to York at approximately 5:00 p.m.
PRICE - $762.00/person – Double Occupancy
$200 due at time of registration, $200 due by December 31, 2023 and $362 due by February 19, 2024.
You can also choose to pay in full at time of initial registration.
