When I visited your club I asked that you save the dates of April 12 & 13 for the District Conference. On Groundhog day Punxsutawney Phil predicted that Spring will be early! So why don't you join your fellow Rotarians in Hershey for the 2019 District Conference and Springtime in Hershey?  The Conference Planning Committee has planned a program that will inspire you, inform you, motivate and entertain you.
The Conference will kick off on Friday evening with a private event at the Hershey Story Museum.  Our hosts for the evening will be two American icons whose vision inspires us, Paul Harris and Milton Hershey.
Saturday will be a day packed with events culminating with the Governor’s Dinner in the evening where the Millionaire Strolling Strings from Williamsport High School will entertain us.
This year I would like to encourage our younger Rotarians to attend the District Conference and experience Rotary beyond their club.  Therefore, we are offering 50% off the registration fee to Rotarians 40 and under.
There are two deadlines that I would like to bring to your attention:
  • Early Registration Deadline - The last day to save money on your registration is February 28.  The first 50 who register for the complete conference by then will receive a Hershey Park pass for the 2019 season which has a value of $69.
  • Discounted Room Reservation Deadline - The deadline to reserve a discounted room reservation at the Hershey Lodge is March 12.  The room rate for the District Conference is $229.  Your reservation can be booked by clicking here
You have the option to register for the entire conference, Friday evening, all day Saturday or just Saturday night.
Detailed information on the District Conference is available on District 7390 web page. Click here!
I am looking forward to seeing you again in Hershey where we will be Unwrapping the Inspiration.
