DESCRIPTION:Clubs intending to apply for Rotary Foundation District Club Gr
 ants or Global Grants this year must complete the annual District Grants M
 anagement Seminar scheduled for Monday\, January 23 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.
   The training will be provided via Zoom. At least one club member must b
 e trained each year.  Additional club members are encouraged to complete 
 the training if they are involved in the grant process for the club.  Mem
 bers trained in previous years must re-certify annually.  The training wi
 ll include information on The Rotary Foundation\, District Club Grants\, G
 lobal Grants\, and Community Needs Assessments.  The training will includ
 e Q & A sessions.  Regardless of which grant type your club is planning t
 o apply for\, participants are expected to attend the full two-hour traini
 ng.  Once you have completed the training\, you will need to complete an 
 online quiz for each of the training components.  A score of 70 percent o
 r higher is required for successful completion of the training.  District
  leaders involved in management of Rotary Foundation grants will conduct t
 he training. Clubs must also submit a completed/signed Memorandum of Under
 standing (MOU) agreeing to implement the financial and stewardship require
 ments of District 7390 and The Rotary Foundation.
