Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
The DEIB Committee will draw on the work
being done by Rotary International regarding DEI to determine what elements will
benefit the RCL. The “Belonging” aspect of this work will strive to have every person
who enters a RCL meeting or attends a RCL function to feel that they belong and are
welcome.
