This committee plans all the aspects needed for the successful implementation of this clubs annual fundraising event. Advertising and promotion of the event. Rider Regstration. Road marking and signage. Food and Refreshments. Water stop supplies and personnel requirements. Pavilion preparation on the day of the event. Provides Treasurer with expense receipts. Provides updates to the board and club members. Meetings to be held when Chair sets the dates.
